The Township of Chatsworth is seeking a highly motivated, service orientated individual with exceptional communication skills to join our Administration Team.
The successful applicant will perform the day to day functions of receptionist – greeting customers and answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff person. The position also serves as administrative support to other departments including finance, (accepting payments, preparing bank deposits), back up to building department, and Office of the CAO in assisting with economic development initiatives, scheduling meetings, and registering staff and Council for workshops and conferences.
The successful applicant will possess a post-secondary education in an administrative discipline, with a minimum of two years’ related experience.
This is a full-time position with a 37.5 hour work week.

Pay Grade 4 – $22.46 – $26.53 per hour.
