Affected Areas: Toronto Sydenham Street, Jane Street, Crawford Street, John Street,
Loucks Lane, Albert Street, McNab Street, George Street, and Lundolder Drive

Subject: Municipal Drinking Water Distribution System – Water Main Valve Isolation
Exercise

Please be advised that on Thursday, November 20, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, operators will be exercising valves to isolate sections of the water main in preparation for upcoming gate valve repairs and replacements on Crawford Street, John
Street, and Loucks Lane.

This work may result in momentary low to no water pressure in certain areas of Town.

Residents in the affected areas may experience:
– Low or no water pressure
– Temporary water discoloration

What to Do If You Experience Discolored Water:
– Run cold water from all faucets for 4–5 minutes
-Avoid using hot water or doing laundry until the water runs clear
